You'll work closely with a small team of talented engineers where your contributions are visible, valued, and directly impact the success of our products.\nIf you're passionate about power electronics, embedded systems, and creating innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a key member of our engineering team, you will:\nLead electrical design projects through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and architecture to production deployment.\nDesign and develop high-performance PWM amplifiers and efficient power conversion solutions.\nCreate and optimize power supplies and converter topologies for demanding applications.\nDevelop embedded software and firmware for microprocessors and FPGAs.\nPerform circuit simulation, analysis, and validation using LTSpice and related tools.\nBuild, test, debug, and refine prototypes in a hands-on laboratory environment.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional team members to solve technical challenges and deliver innovative products.\nDrive design excellence by ensuring manufacturability, reliability, and performance throughout the development process.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE); Master's degree preferred.\n8+ years of hands-on electrical design experience with PCB-level product development.\nStrong expertise in:\nPower electronics\nConverter topologies\nPWM amplifier design\nPower supply design\nControl theory\nMagnetics design\nExperience throughout the complete PCB design process, including:\nRequirements definition\nSchematic capture\nPCB layout oversight\nDFM (Design for Manufacturability)\nDFT (Design for Testability)\nEmbedded programming experience with microprocessors and FPGAs.\nProficiency with circuit simulation tools such as LTSpice.\nLaboratory & Troubleshooting Skills\nYou are comfortable working in a hands-on development environment and have experience using:\nOscilloscopes\nFunction generators\nDigital multimeters\nPower analyzers\nOther standard electrical test equipment\nWho You Are\nSelf-motivated and capable of driving projects independently.\nA creative problem solver who enjoys tackling complex engineering challenges.\nEqually comfortable working at the bench and contributing at the system level.\nAn effective communicator who can clearly present ideas and technical concepts.\nA collaborative team player who values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nWhy Join Us?\nWe believe exceptional people do their best work when they are challenged, supported, and empowered.
