You will lead configuration, optimization, and integration efforts across SAP FI/CO while helping guide Analogic through a complex ERP separation and operational independence initiative.\nThis role is ideal for a collaborative SAP professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and wants to make a tangible impact on an organization undergoing significant transformation.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive Critical Business Transformation\nSupport SAP FI/CO system separation, migration, and stabilization activities associated with Analogic's strategic carve-out initiative.\nHelp ensure uninterrupted financial operations throughout the transition to a standalone enterprise.\nCollaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, IT, and project leadership.\nLead SAP Finance & Controlling Solutions\nDesign, configure, and support SAP FI/CO modules including:\nGeneral Ledger (GL)\nAccounts Payable (AP)\nAccounts Receivable (AR)\nAsset Accounting (AA)\nControlling (CO)\nProfitability Analysis (COPA)\nProduct Costing\nProfit Center Accounting\nDeliver Business Value\nPartner with business teams to gather requirements, conduct gap analyses, and recommend innovative solutions.\nTranslate business needs into detailed functional specifications.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.\nSupport integrations between FI/CO and related SAP modules, including MM and SD.\nEnsure Operational Excellence\nSupport month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.\nTroubleshoot and resolve system issues while maintaining optimal performance and stability.\nLead SAP projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful and timely delivery.\nDevelop user training materials, process documentation, and best-practice guidelines.\nProvide FI/CO expertise and mentorship across the broader SAP team.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience in enterprise environments.\nDeep expertise in financial reporting, month-end/year-end close processes, and controlling functions.\nProven success with SAP configuration, implementation, enhancement, and support activities.\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions.\nStrong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting SAP carve-outs, divestitures, mergers, system separations, or large-scale ERP migrations.\nSAP FICO certification.\nExperience with SAP development concepts, including user exits, enhancements, and function modules.\nFamiliarity with BI, reporting, and data warehouse technologies.\nExperience leading cross-functional SAP projects.\nWhy Join Analogic?\nThis is more than a traditional SAP role.
