This position offers broad exposure across the organization, partnering with finance teams and domestic and international subsidiaries to support cash forecasting, liquidity planning, foreign currency management, and treasury operations.\nThe primary focus of this role is Treasury, with additional involvement in state and local tax compliance. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker who enjoys improving processes, working across a global organization, and turning financial data into meaningful business insights.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTreasury\nMonitor and analyze daily and monthly cash balances across the organization.\nDevelop and maintain 13-week cash forecasts globally and by business site.\nAnalyze historical cash trends and provide insight into week-over-week cash movements.\nCoordinate intercompany and third-party payments.\nMonitor global foreign currency exposures and support the Company’s foreign currency hedging program.\nPartner with Finance and Accounting teams to communicate information related to portfolio investments, cash positions, and cash movements.\nWork with domestic and international subsidiaries to determine cash requirements and uses.\nAssist with establishing and closing bank accounts worldwide.\nMonitor banking fees and services and identify potential opportunities for improvement.\nPrepare and support working capital analyses.\nTax & Compliance\nCoordinate state and local sales and use tax compliance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings.\nAssist with property, sales, and excise tax compliance, annual corporate reports, foreign bank account ownership reporting, and other required filings.\nSupport tax and insurance audits.\nAssist with exemption certificate management and maintain required business licenses.\nParticipate in special projects and process-improvement initiatives as needed.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.\nExperience with banking and treasury operations.\nKnowledge of multi-state sales and use tax filings.\nFamiliarity with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.\nExperience with SAP and Oracle EPM products is preferred, including tools such as Hyperion Planning, Essbase, ASO Analytics, Data Relationship Management (DRM), FDM/FDMEE, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and Close Suite.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.\nA continuous-improvement mindset with the confidence to question existing processes and recommend practical improvements.\nWhy Join Analogic?\nAt Analogic, we recognize that our success is driven by our people.
