Comfortable with complex calendaring, spreadsheets, and CRM management, you’ll be the person that makes sure teams are in sync and tracking to deadlines. You’ll also work closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to ensure we’re accurately measuring our work and sharing results internally so we can make informed strategic and tactical choices about our go to market efforts. And, you’ll work closely with our Product team, managing relationships with creative partners (photographers, designers, printers) and driving creative efforts to launch. \nYou'll continually improve our go-to-market tech stack (Shopify, HubSpot, Partner.io, and beyond), identify bottlenecks before they slow us down, and champion the kinds of incremental improvements that add up to transformational change. Our office is located in Berkeley, CA.\nWhat you'll do\nCoordinate the sales & marketing team's operating rhythm including running internal meetings.\nServe as a point of coordination and connection between marketing, sales, business development, and product functions. \nManage production timelines for marketing, graphic design, and sales efforts with tight coordination with marketing campaign schedules, tracking every design deliverable for speed and consistency across content channels.\nServe as a point of contact for vendors for marketing production and collateral.\nManage our library of collateral so current versions are on hand and ready to use\nSupport sales and marketing in CRM use, including reporting and dashboards on pipelines, forecasts, and sales performance.\nOnboard new sales hires into CRM and sales tools, and provide ongoing training as processes evolve\nIdentify and implement process improvements and automation within the CRM as the sales team scales\nEvaluate and manage relationships with sales tech stack vendors, including our existing stack of Shopify, Hubspot, and Partner.io.\nWhat you'll bring\nExpertise\nDemonstrated experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role with hands-on CRM ownership, ideally at a technology or hardware company\nCRM administration experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) including data hygiene, workflow/automation setup, and reporting\nExperience coordinating a sales team's operating cadence. Running meetings, pipeline reviews, follow-through on action items\nExpertise (nice-to-have)\nExperience at a hardware or physical-product company (including demo unit logistics for events)\nExperience in creative production, program management, or a hybrid technical/non-technical operations role.\nExperience planning or supporting trade show/conference execution\nExperience managing sales collateral or enablement content\nExperience working at a design consultancy or integrated with an in-house design team\nFamiliarity with sales enablement platforms in addition to core CRM\nCommunication and cross-functional collaboration\nExcellent written and verbal communication - you sweat the details, run meetings efficiently, and represent a program to outside partners.\nStrong project management and organizational skills\nStrong analytical skills\nClear, proactive communicator who can work across Sales, Marketing, and Product\nComfortable with occasional travel for event support\nAbility to communicate in multiple languages (nice-to-have)\nJoy and passion for work\nComfort in an always-changing start-up environment\nWilling to step into whatever project or situation needs your assistance\nCalm under pressure.
