Most of all, we strive for a culture where our employees view us as one of the best places to work. \nJob Description: \nThe Store Associate provides necessary support for dispensary operations either in Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH) as needed. In FOH, the Store Associate will provide outstanding customer service while assessing the needs of each customer to fit them with the best product. In BOH, the Store Associate will be responsible for all aspects of physical and digital inventory maintenance within the company and the processes associated with inventory control such as packaging, stocking, intake of all products, and inventory compliance. The Store Associate is a lifelong learner who is passionate about Cannabis and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.\nCore Responsibilities: \nDuties of this job include, but are not limited to: \nFront of House\nGreet all customers in a positive and professional manner.\nProvide exceptional customer service while accurately entering and processing customer information/transactions.\nQuickly and precisely handle cash and debit transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.\nActively listen with the intent to understand & make appropriate product recommendations to customers as needed.\nClean, stock, and organize dispensary.\nWork cohesively with all departments as part of family/team environment.\nOccasionally work on special projects and assignments designated by management.\nMaintain quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling customer inquiries or complaints.\nVerify patient/customer allotment and ensure they are eligible to make purchases using the state system.\nParticipate in ongoing education and professional development as needed.\nAdditional duties as assigned by management.\nPerform all duties in a compliant manner.\nBack of House\nAssist in inventory audits.\nIn-taking of medicated products.\nRestock product to sellable locations.\nDisplay understanding of COAs and compliance standards.\nCapable of leading daily counts and reporting to accounting.\nPinpoint and verify variances in live inventory.\nAdditional duties as assigned by management.\nPerform all duties in a compliant manner.\nCommitment & Dependability: \nWillingness to be an integral member of a successful team.\nDedication to provide the highest levels of service.\nExcellent attendance and reliability.\nAdherence to company policies and procedures.\nExpectation to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.\nProperly handle confidential customer information and other non-public company proprietary information.\nQualifications and Education: \nMust be at least 21 years of age.\nMust be able to pass a background check to obtain, and maintain, a Facility Agent card in accordance with Arizona State Department of Health Services requirements.\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n2 years of retail and/or customer- facing experience preferred.\nCannabis retail or education experience preferred.\nProduct Knowledge: must be familiar with the variety of methods used for Cannabis consumption.\nMust be able to effectively address customers' concerns and complaints.\nBe professional in appearance, actions, and verbal communication.\nMust have cash handling experience and excellent mathematical skills.\nAbility to prioritize and multitask in a busy atmosphere.\nAbility to remain compliant in a highly regulated role.\nDemonstrate strong oral and written communication with customers, coworkers, and management.\nKnowledge of basic computer skills and point-of-sale software.\nAbility to solve problems in an efficient and professional manner.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as scheduled and needed.\nPhysical Requirements: \nRequires prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting, and use of hands.\nFrequently required physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials.\nFrequently stooping, bending, and reaching.\nMust work indoors and outdoors year-round.\nMust work in noisy and crowded environments.\nLift 25-50 pounds from the floor to a waist-high table when necessary.\nCrouch & bend often.\nStand for short/ high periods of time.\nSit for short/ medium periods of time.\nWalk for short/high periods of time.\nOccasionally sit on the floor or at floor level.\nHandle the responsibilities and routine stress often associated with this position.\nCertifications or Training Requirements: \nNew Hire Orientation & Security Training - New Hire.\nStore Associate Training- New Hire.\nCannabis Education course - New Hire.\nAdditional annual or ongoing training as assigned by management.\nMaintain active Arizona Facility Agent Card - Biannual or as dictated by Arizona Department of Health Services.\nDisclaimer: This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
