Core to our approach is enabling high potential to become high performance, both for our clients and our team.\nAs an Associate you will be a key member of the team, working alongside Project Leaders and other experienced consultants to deliver client projects. You can expect to work across a wide range of clients and project types.\nKey responsibilities include:\nBuilding an understanding of each client’s requirements, their business and wider market context, to support project delivery.\nLeading analysis of both company-provided and market data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges - using both established Coppett Hill technology tools as well as designing bespoke analytical approaches .\nUndertaking research to build an evidence base for recommendations, for example designing customer surveys, interviewing market experts and carrying out mystery shopping .\nCreating content for client deliverables and joining client meetings to present research, analysis and recommendations with high impact.\nSupporting the development of Coppett Hill’s suite of proprietary technology tools .\nRequirements\nThis role would ideally suit those who are interested by the variety and pace of consulting with a desire to take on more responsibility and experience greater client engagement than may be commonplace in a larger organisation. Given our data driven and tech-enabled approach, this role also suits candidates who are excited by the idea of working with large datasets and using code (such as SQL and Python).\nWe are looking for people who have demonstrable skills and experience in the following areas:\nProblem solving and insight, with the ability to bring structured thinking to complicated situations and translate data into practical recommendations .\nAnalytical skills and technical experience 'beyond excel'. Experience with SQL, Python, or a visualisation tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) is a plus.\nA commercial mindset and an interest in business and customer acquisition.\nClear written and verbal communication and strong relationship building .\nCommitted team player - you want to have real impact with clients working at pace as part of a project team .\nSelf-directed and proactive - you will have considerable responsibility from Day one.\nWe understand that early in your career you may not have specific experience against every single one of these boxes - don’t let that put you off, we are most interested in your ability and desire to learn.\nMust-Have requirements:\nUndergraduate degree from a top tier university.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.\nAnalytical skills 'beyond excel' - whether through work experience, your studies, personal projects etc.\nFluent in English.\nRight to work in the UK - we do not offer skilled visa sponsorship for this role. We do accept applications from candidates on the graduate visa (at least 18 months remaining) and would review transitioning this over to a skilled worker visa on a case-by-case basis. \nApplication process:\nThe application process for graduate roles involves:\nTwo short online assessments - you will be sent a link following your application. The assessments measure problem solving, critical thinking, learning ability, your ability to digest information and clarity of written communication.\nFirst round 45-minute virtual interview - a competency-based interview. The questions will be about getting to know you and understanding your skills and experience, and motivations for a role at Coppett Hill. \n Final round in person interview (in London) - the interview will involve a case study which will be given on the day. Candidates will have an hour to prepare followed by an hour interview.
