High school diploma or equivalent.\nFurther Training -\nVocational training preferred.\nCFC certificate and apprentice license preferred.\nProfessional Experience - 0-1 year of work experience in similar field and/or completion of approved vocational training at recognized technical school.\nComputer Skills - Basic PC skills and the ability to learn company specific software\nMobility - N/A\nOther Requirements -\nAbility to routinely perform off hour duty including evenings, weekends and holidays and to be available and respond accordingly during these periods when so assigned.\nMust possess a valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.\nBasic knowledge of general maintenance.\nGood verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills.\nAbility to follow written and verbal direction.\nStrong customer service focus and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, suppliers and other technicians\nAbility to develop troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nMay be required to carry and maintain appropriate government credentials.\nEQUIPMENT OPERATION:\nStandard office equipment including PC, telephone, copier, fax machine, printer, etc.\nMotor vehicle, testing devices, hand tools, etc.\nPay Range: $45,000 -
