(Yardi Voyager Facility Manager, Maximo)\nMobility- N/A\nOther Requirements-\nAbility to routinely perform 24-hour on call and off hours duty including evenings, weekends and holidays \nAbility to lead emergency response activities.\nAbility to create and manage the on call/shift schedule for assigned technicians \nSupervise and enforce safety protocols for all internal staff and third-party vendors, ensuring that all work performed adheres to the highest standards. Work with EHS staff to identify safety focus areas, areas for improvement, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills.\nParticipates in design and construction of new facilities and fit outs.
