This support includes communicating with employees about their benefit coverage, generating and reviewing Excel reports to assess employees' enrollment status in benefits, managing documents, coordinating company events, assisting with recruitment efforts, and working on special projects.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nPerform general administrative duties, including such activities (but not limited to): distributing mail, scanning and saving documents in electronic folders, reviewing and sorting Excel reports, preparing Commitment Award letters and certificates. \nAssist with communications, preparations, and planning efforts for Company events (e.g., Wellbeing Fair, Anniversary Celebration, Holiday Party, C3 events).\nAssist as needed with special projects or peak time assistance.
