Brand Experience\nSupport asset management team throughout the tour process, and assist with materials for tours at the direction of Brand Experience Specialist\nSupport brand experience touchpoints\nSupport all corporate marketing, brand experience and public relations events.\nSupport logistical planning, internally and externally, and overseeing all activities and vendors.\nResearch new items for Brand Storefronts with direction from Marketing, Brand, and Creative team leads, report on inventories and orders, support vendor and PM team members on orders.\nWork with other departments (Asset Management/Leasing, Government Services) to develop and maintain accurate mailing list database of prospects and brokers.\nLead tickets requests and distribution of tickets.\nSupport corporate sponsorships by managing requests. Coordinate with sponsor organizations to provide logos, ads or other marketing materials and coordinate CDP attendance at sponsored events.\nOrder and distribute all gifts, giveaways, and promotional items as needed.\nCustomer facing: ability to interface with prospective and existing clients\nSource new vendor contacts for tenant experience events\n2. Marketing Collateral\nTrack vacancies and update leasing materials including brochures, property flyers, presentations, website content, and CoStar and website property listings.\nMaintain up to date library of marketing materials in Marketing and Communications shelves and on Intranet for use by others in the company.\nSupport board presentation and update Quarterly Supplement materials\nProvide photography support, coordinate scheduling, and onsite support\nSupport Quarterly Portfolio Meetings with Asset Managers\nSupport social media content capture\n3. Administrative Support\nAdministrative support including invoice in processing, and all communication and follow up necessary for invoicing, adding vendors, etc.\n\nManage budget setup and quarterly forecasting. Track expenses, generate budget reports.\nSECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupport e-blast marketing programs: meet with team members to assess needs and priorities, maintain e-mailing lists, schedule campaigns, and track and report results.\nCoordinate creation of ads and distribution of logos, banners, or other materials, for corporate contributions commitments.\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant discipline.\nFurther Training - N/A\nProfessional Experience - Minimum 0-2 years of progressive marketing, communications, and event planning experience.\nComputer Skills -\nAdvanced PC skills using Microsoft Office applications ((Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and ability to learn company specific software.\nKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Acrobat preferred.\nExperience with databases, graphics programs and files, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management Systems (CMS) systems preferred.\nAbility to adapt to new or changing software programs.\nMobility - Occasional travel may be required.\nOther Requirements -\nStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.\nDetailed oriented.\nPay Range: $48,000 -
