Report to VP of HR regarding weekly progress on KPIs.\nExecute all recruitment-related HRIS processes. Create new and backfill opportunities in Recruiting system and monitor and facilitate workflow approvals for timely posting.\nMaintain all applicant tracking and lead related reporting processes. Review and screen resumes, initiate contact with candidates, maintain status on next steps, and coordinate/schedule interviews.\nDevelop strong relationships with Hiring Managers by leveraging input from Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) on managerial recruiting style and actively communicating via email and weekly/bi-weekly update meetings.\nConduct phone interviews.\nMaintain and communicate recruiting-related documentation and reporting.\nPromote CDP’s brand and total rewards platform to candidates to strengthen recruitment capabilities.\nSourcing\nDevelop, communicate, gain approval, and implement CDP sourcing strategy, with input from key customers and the team. Utilize UKG, LinkedIn, college/university career fairs + platforms, professional associations, and trade groups to enact proactive applicant sourcing.\nMaintain relationships with agency partners including any agency agreements.\nForm and facilitate relationships with non- and for-profit organizations to grow and fortify the Company’s pipeline.\nLeverage CDP brand to gain stakeholder brand awareness and thereby facilitate the Company’s posture as an employer of choice.\nLead annual Internship class recruiting, welcome orientation + gifts, and learning series.\nDevelop, maintain, execute, and obtain all Sourcing KPIs.\nOnboarding\nExecute full onboarding process.\nPrepare new hire talking points for verbal offers.\nCreate and send offer letters and packages to candidates, including initiation of background check and drug screen.\nMonitor and manage status of pre-employment requirements and Maintain contact with the candidate through the first day of employment.\nMonitor and execute internal notifications, calendar invites, schedule orientations with IT/Payroll/HR, and send welcome email with first day instructions.\nWork with Hiring Managers to ensure all tools and resources are made available to new hires.\nFacilitate new hire orientation.\nOffboarding\nExecute full offboarding processes.\nMonitor, create, and track termination letters and notifications. Collect resignation letters, if applicable.\nSchedule Exit Interviews with HRBPs.\nStaffing Process\nMaintain, analyze, and run staffing plan weekly, quarterly, and ad hoc.\nLead weekly Recruiting meeting with HRBPs and VP - HR.\nManage and execute quarterly staffing process.\nCreate and maintain relevant analytics including reporting on key recruitment metrics.\nPartner with HRBPs and Managers to vet and address staffing needs.\nCreate and clean up opportunities and prepare reports.\nLead the budgetary process with Corporate Accounting by providing relevant staffing updates.\nProvide quarterly recruiting-related accruals.\nMetrics\nDevelop and report on key Recruitment metrics to key stakeholders.\nEvaluate and communicate key trends to VP of HR.
