A Snapshot

Asthe Accountant, reporting tothe REIT Finance Manager,you will work closely with our REIT team, making an impactin several ways:

• Prepare accurate entity accounts, reconciliations, financial schedules and disclosure support across the Trust, REIT Manager and holding SPVs.
• Build audit-ready records at source and operate consistently within the listed-REIT close calendar and maker-checker framework.

YourDay to Day

• Entity accounting: Prepare full sets of holding-SPVaccounts, journals, accruals, intercompany balances and monthly schedules; account for audit, tax, valuation, listing, distribution and administration costs.
• Reconciliations and adjustments: Tie subledgers and schedules to the general ledger; resolve differences promptly and prepare deferred tax, distribution adjustments, fair-value, FX and other supported entries.
• Results and disclosures: Prepare portfolio statements and financial-statement notes covering cash flow, unitholders' funds, segments, fair value, related parties and key ratios for results and annual-reportcycles.
• Fees and Unit records: Process management-fee invoices in NetSuite for independent approval, prepare supporting trustee/announcement inputs and maintain accurate Units-in-issue and distribution records.
• Planning and audit: Support SPV, REIT and group budgets, rolling forecasts, free-cash and DPU/DPS projections; coordinate bank confirmations, audit schedules, data-room support and information requests.
• Control discipline: Retain complete evidence, meet the close calendar, protect role-based access, raise exceptions early and continuously improve templates, reconciliations and hand-offs with sponsor FinOps.

Requirements

• Qualification: Accounting degree or equivalent; CA Singapore, CPA or ACCA completed or in progress.
• Experience: Typically3-5 years of full-set accounting, close and audit support. Listed-company, S-REIT, real-estate, infrastructure or fund-accounting exposure is strongly preferred.
• Technical knowledge: Practical knowledge of applicable SFRS(I)/IFRS requirements, journals, reconciliations, intercompany, tax and financial-statement support, with awareness of SGX/MAS listed-REIT reporting expectations.
• Working style: Accurate, organisedand deadline-disciplined; able to explain balances, produce clean support, investigate differences and escalate issues rather than carry unexplained reconciling items.
• Systems: Strong spreadsheet capability required. NetSuite or another controlled ERP is advantageous, not a prerequisite; comfort learning approval workflows and registers is essential.
