- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Record maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately.
- Coordinate with supervisors and contractors for major repair works.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support facility improvement projects and other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.

- High school diploma, ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.

- 2-5 years of experience in building or facility maintenance.
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
