This internship sits inside that loop: find the idea, write it, get it produced, read the result.\nChallenges that await you:\nMonitor competitors and trends - track what global fintechs are running; spot formats trending on TikTok/Reels before they saturate; keep a reference library and share a weekly digest.\nIdeate and write scripts - turn insights into UGC video concepts and write the scripts for the Mexican market.\nAssign scripts to creators - match each script to the creator whose performance history fits it, avoid repeats, balance proven performers against new talent. Own the production tracker.\nGenerate AI videos - produce ad variants with AI video/voice tools to test ideas fast, and help turn that into a repeatable workflow.\nRead the numbers - pull creative performance from our dashboards, see what's scaling and what's burning money, and feed that into the next round of scripts.\nWhat makes you a great fit:\nThe perfect fit for us is creativity plus numbers.
