cost analysis, controls\nand reports activities for all projects.\n·Provides input and\nrecommendations for cost engineering requirements relative to project\ncontrols, and prepares and analyzes accurately reported and maintains updated final project\nforecasts and expenditure forecasts.\n·Proactively advises management\nwhen forecasted costs exceed the approved budget.\n·Disseminates budget information\nto all operating groups, provides clarification and additional information\nwhere required & handles related special assignments if required.\n·Uses statistical tools to\nanalyze cost metrics and perform risk analysis.\n·Analyzes contractors' cost\nreports and extracts required data for management reporting.\n·Prepares and reports cost\nengineering information on a monthly basis and additional reports as required\nby Management.\n·Collects, monitors, analyzes and\nreports all cost information for all projects through all departments.\n·Reviews and analyzes all claims\nand Change Orders on projects contracts.\n·Initiates appropriate action\nwhen total forecast indicates allocated funds will be exceeded.\nRequirements\n\n·7+ years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in Infrastructure projects. \n·Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.\n·Extremely detail-oriented\n·An aptitude for exercising independent thinking and reasoning\n·The ability to communicate in written and oral formats with diplomacy\nand tact\n·Ability to juggle multiple projects
