This position ensures and improves the performance, productivity, and efficiency of departmental and organizational operations. This position will positively motivate all operations employees by example through strong leadership skills.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nPicking and packing material to fulfill customer orders.\nInventory management as it relates to operations and the physical movement of products, including but not limited to: receiving inbound inventory, cycle counts, yearly physical inventory counts, and damage reduction.\nLoading customer orders for shipment.\nSupport procedural compliance, including, but not limited to, workflow from pick-ticket to signed proof-of-delivery;
