The successful candidate will be responsible for site operations, project coordination, manpower and resource planning, subcontractor management, quality control and workplace safety.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and according to approved specifications.\n\nPlan and coordinate construction activities, work sequences, manpower, materials, equipment and site logistics.\n\nMonitor project progress, productivity, quality and overall site performance.\n\nSupervise and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and workers.\n\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to resolve site issues.\n\nReview and interpret construction drawings, specifications, method statements and work programmes.\n\nMonitor subcontractors' performance and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and requirements.\n\nIdentify potential delays, technical issues and resource constraints and implement appropriate corrective actions.\n\nEnsure compliance with Singapore's building regulations, WSH requirements, approved risk assessments and method statements.\n\nConduct site inspections and attend project, coordination and progress meetings.\n\nMonitor manpower, material usage, equipment and project resources effectively.\n\nEnsure proper project documentation, site records, progress reports and handover documents are maintained.\n\nAssist in project cost control, variation works and procurement activities where required.\n\nEnsure quality workmanship and minimise rework, wastage and construction defects.\n\nLead the project team towards successful completion and handover of the project.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore's building and construction industry.\n\nCandidates with 5–10 years or more of Construction Manager / Project Manager / Senior Site Manager experience will be highly considered.\n\nProven experience managing construction projects and site teams.\n\nGood knowledge of Singapore construction practices, BCA requirements and Workplace Safety & Health regulations.\n\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, project planning and site coordination.\n\nAble to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and method statements.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, project scheduling and reporting.\n\nAble to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.\n\nRelevant safety qualifications
