The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, budget control, quality assurance, workplace safety, and timely project completion.\nThe ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building construction project management in Singapore, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, coordinate, and manage building construction projects from commencement to completion.\n\nDevelop project schedules, work programmes, budgets, and resource allocation plans.\n\nMonitor project progress and ensure that works are completed according to the approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.\n\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.\n\nSupervise and manage site operations to ensure productivity, workmanship, and quality standards are maintained.\n\nMonitor project costs, variations, progress claims, procurement, and subcontractor performance.\n\nEnsure compliance with Singapore's relevant building regulations, Workplace Safety and Health requirements, and project specifications.\n\nIdentify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective measures to minimise delays and additional costs.\n\nAttend site meetings and progress meetings, prepare reports, and provide updates to management and clients.\n\nEnsure that project documentation, method statements, risk assessments, inspection records, and other required documents are properly maintained.\n\nCoordinate inspections, testing, defect rectification, and handover activities.\n\nLead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives within the approved budget and timeline.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction project management in Singapore.\n\nDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.\n\nGood knowledge of Singapore construction practices, building regulations, and site coordination procedures.\n\nProven ability to manage construction programmes, budgets, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.\n\nGood understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract administration, and project documentation.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office and construction project scheduling or management tools.\n\nAble to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.\n\nGood command of written and spoken English for communication with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience managing building construction projects in Singapore.\n\nKnowledge of workplace safety requirements and construction quality control.\n\nExperience in progress claims, variation orders, procurement, and cost
