The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, tender preparation, contract administration, progress claims and cost control for building construction projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), quantity take-offs and tender submissions.\n\nReview architectural, structural and M&E drawings, specifications and contract documents.\n\nPrepare and submit progress claims, payment applications and variation order (VO) claims.\n\nEvaluate subcontractors’ and suppliers’ quotations and negotiate competitive pricing.\n\nPrepare cost reports, budgets and project cost forecasts.\n\nMonitor project expenditure and ensure costs remain within the approved budget.\n\nManage contractual correspondence, claims, variations and final accounts.\n\nCoordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.\n\nConduct site measurements and verify quantities of completed works.\n\nAssist in tender negotiations, procurement and subcontract administration.\n\nEnsure proper documentation and compliance with project contractual requirements.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.\n\nRelevant experience in building construction projects in Singapore is preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with Singapore construction practices, contract administration and progress claims.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and quantity surveying or estimating software.\n\nAble to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.\n\nGood communication, negotiation, analytical and organisational skills.\n\nAble to work independently and meet project deadlines.\n\nResponsible, meticulous and able to work effectively with project teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or a similar role in Construction.\n\nExperience in tender preparation, cost control, variation claims and final accounts.\n\nKnowledge of Singapore construction contracts and local industry practices.\n\nEligibility\nInterested candidates are invited to
