Complies with the highest level of health, safety and zero accident during all stages of\nproject.\nProvides leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work\nenvironment. \nManages operation team on site and overseas their work. \nDelivers the project as per the contract requirements.\nOversights (job selection, schedule, and review) of the estimating function. \nEnsures that all activities within the designated areas are well planned, coordinates and utilizes all available\nresources. \nLiaises with the Construction Manager’s for resolving any project related issue at site. \nPerforms department on-boarding and induction relevant to procedures, guidelines, policies, etc. \nLiaises closely with subcontractors.
