They will need to be capable in installation, configuration and upgrading of a wide variety of servers, related hardware and software in LAN, WAN and stand-alone environments. They will need to conduct investigations, diagnostic testing and repair resolution of systems, hardware, software and infrastructures as well as conduct new research projects.
