You will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and help customers validate Coralogix in their own environments.\nDuring evaluations, you will be expected to do more than present the platform. You will act as the technical owner, helping customers deploy, configure, integrate, troubleshoot, and validate Coralogix across their environment. You need to be credible with engineers, confident with executives, and capable of moving between architecture, code, configuration, and business value.\nThis role is for someone who can earn trust in technical conversations and help drive deals to a strong technical close.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.\nLead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, operational pain, business drivers, and success criteria.\nDesign and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect Coralogix to real customer use cases.\nManage technical evaluations and POCs from scope through validation.\nSupport hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.\nWork with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud environments, applications, and security use cases.\nExplain Coralogix’s architecture, differentiation, and value clearly to both technical and executive audiences.\nIdentify technical risks, remove blockers, and guide customers toward a successful technical decision.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to represent field feedback and improve how we win.\nRequirements\n5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering.\nStrong hands-on technical ability across deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration work.\nSolid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring.\nExperience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept processes.\nAbility to speak credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams.\nConfidence engaging executives and translating technical value into business impact.\nPractical experience with cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers, and modern infrastructure.\nCoding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar.\nStrong communication, ownership, follow-through, and commercial judgment.\nTechnical Experience\nRelevant experience may include:\nKubernetes and containerized environments\nAWS, Azure, or GCP\nOpenTelemetry\nPrometheus\nDocker\nAPM and distributed tracing\nLog analytics and telemetry pipelines\nSIEM or security monitoring\nInfrastructure monitoring\nRUM\nTerraform, Helm, or deployment automation\nCI/CD workflows\nApplication instrumentation and debugging\nWhat Success Looks Like\nThe best Solutions Engineers at Coralogix are not just strong presenters.
