This role combines deep technical expertise with a customer-first mindset. You will act as a strategic partner to everyone from DevOps engineers to C-suite executives, ensuring product value, driving adoption, and supporting retention and expansion.\nKey Responsibilities\nOnboarding & Integration: Lead the technical onboarding process, establishing integrations and delivering tailored product training.\nTechnical Advisory: Architect data-driven customer success plans and act as an expert guide on observability best practices.\nProblem Solving: Troubleshoot complex platform and data pipeline issues to ensure seamless performance.\nStrategic Engagement: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI and align with customer business goals.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Advocate for customer needs to influence our product roadmap, and partner with Sales to identify growth and renewal opportunities.\nRequirements\n3-5 years of experience in Account Management, with a strong focus on managing technical customer relationships and a high-energy, proactive approach.\n2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, including EKS, ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and related services. Experience with Azure or GCP is a plus.\nStrong Kubernetes and Docker troubleshooting skills.\nExperience with OpenTelemetry, Fluentd, Fluent Bit, or Logstash, with familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, OpenSearch, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, or Splunk.\nStrong knowledge of Linux and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.\nExperience with RegEx, Lucene, and PromQL.\nExceptional English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with both technical teams and executives.\nPreferred Advantages\nB2B SaaS experience.\nBSc in Computer Science or Engineering.\nComfortable coding in any high-level programming language (Java, Go, Python).\nCultural Fit\nWe’re seeking candidates who are hungry, humble, and smart.
