responsibilities and other duties or projects assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Director of Property Management.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nTechnical training, trade certification, or relevant maintenance license preferred.\nTwo or more years of general residential, hotel, resort, vacation-rental, or facilities-maintenance experience preferred.\nDemonstrated leadership aptitude or prior experience leading work assignments, training peers, or coordinating a small team.\nWorking knowledge of basic repairs to plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, HVAC-related systems, furniture, doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, and cabinetry.\nAbility to read and complete work orders, follow instructions, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize assignments.\nBasic computer and mobile work-order system skills required.\nCPR and First Aid certification preferred.\nAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.\nMust have a valid Texas Driver's License and be insurable within the CoralTree Residence Collection
