This dynamic role is designed for individuals who enjoy variety, are eager to learn, and thrive in a luxury resort environment.\nDeliver exceptional customer service with warmth, professionalism, and the spirit of aloha.\nWelcome arriving guests and owners, assist with departures, and provide property orientation.\nTransport luggage, groceries, packages, and personal items safely and efficiently.\nAssist at the Front Desk with guest check-in and check-out, issuing keys and wristbands, processing payments, answering telephones, and responding to guest inquiries.\nSupport Concierge operations by providing recommendations for activities, dining, transportation, shopping, and local attractions.\nAssist Beach & Pool Operations by setting up guest seating, maintaining towel inventories, monitoring amenities, and ensuring facilities remain clean and welcoming.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, guest spaces, and operational equipment.\nQualifications\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn hospitality software and property management systems.\nOutstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.\nProfessional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury resort environment.\nPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple job functions.\nAbility to work independently while contributing as a collaborative member of the team.\nFlexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and varying shifts based on operational needs.\nPrevious hospitality, hotel, resort, customer service, or tourism experience is preferred but not required.\nValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.\nAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.\nDependable, adaptable, energetic, and genuinely enjoy serving
