Your team owns critical parts of our edge AI platform, cloud infrastructure, and customer-facing engineering. This is a hands-on technical leadership role: you'll set direction and grow the team, but stay close to the code through architecture, review, and debugging. You'll start managing the engineers, growing significantly within a year as we scale 2-3x, and work directly with the CTO, CEO, and Product.\nWhat We're Looking For\nReached Staff / very senior IC level and spent a couple of years there before moving into management (typically after ~4-5 years engineering).\n\nCurrent or prior experience managing engineers (Tech Lead Manager or Engineering Manager).\n\nDeep strength in at least one of: distributed / real-time systems (e.g. C++), robotics / AI, or HPC.\n\nTime inside an established top-tier engineering culture with exposure to how a 50-100+ person org operates.\n\nA strong hiring track record and a high bar for what \"great\" looks like.\n\nStill genuinely hands-on and motivated by ownership, impact, and shaping the product.\n\nWe're on a mission to transform a $50B+ legacy industry by bringing the power of cutting-edge multimodal LLMs and computer vision to real-world security and operations.
