You will coordinate the resources, external services, materials, tools and safety requirements needed to complete maintenance activities safely, efficiently and on schedule.\nYou will also coordinate the calibration program, support job safety analysis and electrical warehouse management, and act as backup for the warehouse clerk when required.\nYou will be part of our Maintenance team and report to the Electrical Supervisor.\nResponsibilities\nReview electrical and instrumentation maintenance requests and convert them into work orders, challenging duplicate or unnecessary requests as part of the maintenance screening process.\n\nPrepare and plan maintenance work orders, including task descriptions and instructions, estimated hours, equipment conditions, required materials and tools, external services, safety and environmental requirements, work permits and LOTO/LOTO-related requirements.\n\nSupport effective scheduling and the optimal use of internal and external maintenance resources.\n\nEnsure that materials, spare parts, services and specialist tools required for planned maintenance are available when needed.
