We look forward to adding you into the mix!\nAs a Bill Pay Specialist, you will:\nProcess payments through online portals and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.\nHandle inbound and outbound calls using a soft-phone application.\nBuild rapport with customers and resolve payment-related issues.\nUse Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage daily workload and maintain accurate records.\nNavigate websites and search engines to collect payment contact information.\nRetrieve and analyze payment data from CRM and payment systems.\nReview data in Excel to support bill payment tasks.\nSubmit product and development tickets for technical issues.\nTroubleshoot declining payments and escalate when necessary.\nUnderstand and resolve invoice discrepancies.\nFollow call handling procedures and telephone etiquette.\nManage payment cases and update CRM with accurate notes and outcomes.\nCommunicate with client Accounts Payable teams using email templates.\nHandle team email queue with proper case management procedures.\nRequirements\nYou’ll need to have:\nExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on quality service delivery.\nIntermediate level of proficiency with PC software (MS Office applications, internet, and web-based applications)\nAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry and case management.\nAccountability and time management to meet deadlines independently.\nStrong collaboration skills with eagerness to contribute to a positive team dynamic.\nAbility to quickly learn new skills and apply them effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.\nCoachability and a willingness to improve through feedback.\n(We want to make sure you’re set up to succeed, and we view these as the critical skills you’ll need to achieve great things at Corcentric!) \nIt’s great if you also have:\nExperience with CRM systems, Excel, and online payment platforms\nFamiliarity with IVR systems and customer service best practices\nPrior experience in a Payments Processing or Financial Operations role\nBenefits\nAt Corcentric, we know that the hard work of our employees is what drives the success of our organization.
