progressive technology leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility across multiple technology functions.\nProven experience leading software engineering, QA, cloud operations, and customer-facing technical organizations for SaaS products.\nExperience in customer-facing roles, with demonstrated success aligning product delivery to customer needs and business strategy.\nExperience managing complex, multi-product environments, including acquired or legacy platforms.\nStrong understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, software quality, and modern engineering practices.\nExperience leading AI adoption across the software development lifecycle, with measurable gains in engineering productivity and release reliability.\nExperience in fintech, payments, or another highly regulated industry.\nDemonstrated success leading global, distributed teams and third-party technology partners.\nStrong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, business case development, vendor management, and technology investment decisions.\nExceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.\nExperience in private equity-backed organizations and transformation environments.\nExperience applying AI and
