And that is exactly why we need you.\nWhat will you do?\nTranslate designs into technically feasible and efficient execution plans.\nAnalyse construction methods and identify opportunities for optimisation.\nCoordinate closely with design teams, site teams, suppliers and project management.\nCoordinate planning, logistics and the deployment of equipment and resources.\nRequest quotations, compare proposals and support the contracting of subcontractors.\nClosely monitor execution, progress, costs and project administration.\nActively contribute to safety by supporting risk assessments and safety plans.\nTake initiative whenever you see opportunities to make the execution safer, smarter or more efficient.\nWho are we looking for?\nYou have:\nA degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, specialising in construction, or equivalent experience.\nExperience in civil construction, preferably gained on at least two relevant projects.\nStrong technical and analytical skills.\nThe ability to bring structure to a complex project environment.\nYou are:\nSomeone who thinks ahead rather than reacts when problems arise.\nHighly organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines at the same time.\nA strong communicator who enjoys working across different disciplines.\nProactive, decisive and solution-oriented.\nA team player who is equally comfortable taking ownership of your own responsibilities.\nWhat can you expect from us?\nA key role in one of Belgium’s largest infrastructure projects.\nAn indefinite, fulltime position with a competitive salary package.
