And your chance to leave your mark.\nWhat will you do?\nOwn your part of the project from preparation through execution.\nLead and motivate project engineers, site managers and other team members.\nKeep planning, budget, quality and safety on track - and act when they’re not.\nMake sure people, materials and resources are where they need to be, when they need to be there.\nCoordinate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and project partners.\nStay ahead of technical and organisational challenges.\nMake decisions, solve problems and keep the project moving.\nFollow up on commitments and keep reporting clear and focused.\nChallenge how things are done and find smarter, more efficient ways to deliver.\nLead by example and strengthen the safety culture on site.\nWho are we looking for?\nYou have:A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nAt least 5 years of relevant experience in complex construction or infrastructure projects.\nA strong technical foundation and a solid understanding of execution, planning and organisation.\nExperience leading and motivating project teams.\nExcellent command of English and good command of Dutch.\n\nYou are:A natural leader who gives people direction without micromanaging.\nDecisive and solution-driven -
