The position needs to apply principles of accounting when recording transactions, analyzing financial information, and preparing routine and ad hoc financial reports.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nManagement of Site Intercompany Balances; to include both Accounts Receivable and Payable functions. Prepares inter-company account statements and reporting of I/C account balances \nMonth-end duties including loading Tagetik I/C, journal entries, and G/L reconciliations\nAccounts Receivable for third party customers\nGeneral Ledger reconciliations\nFinance Business Partner as assigned\nResponsible for ad-hoc reporting and reporting to external agencies as needed, including Sales and Use Tax reporting\nLEADERSHIP & BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvides Guidance and leadership where appropriate.\nSAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nEvery individual is personally responsible for the safety and environmental aspects of his or her activities in the workplace.
