You will gather and organize the key information our Demand Writers need to craft compelling settlement demands. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with medical records and familiar with personal injury case flow.\nKey Responsibilities\nOrganize and review case documents including medical records, billing statements, and police reports.\nBuild treatment timelines and medical summaries to support demand preparation.\nTrack outstanding medical records and bills, and follow up with providers as needed.\nCalculate medical damages (specials) and identify wage loss or lien details.\nMaintain clean, organized digital files with properly labeled exhibits.\nCompile supporting documents (photos, invoices, reports) for use in demand letters.\nCommunicate with clients when clarification or additional information is needed.\nQualifications\n1+ year of experience in a U.S. personal injury law firm (plaintiff-side preferred).\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nFamiliarity with medical terminology and treatment summaries.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience with case management software (Filevine is a plus).\nAbout CoreBridge Solutions\nCoreBridge Solutions is a remote-first outsourcing partner for U.S.-based businesses.
