You'll manage candidate interviews, scheduling, and coordination with U.S.-based clients to maintain smooth operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nTalent AcquisitionConduct initial screenings and interviews of prospective candidates.\nPrepare candidates for client interviews and collect post-interview feedback.\nMaintain accurate records and progress reports within our hiring pipeline.\n\nOutsourcing Team Coordination Track project progress and address operational requirements of outsourced teams.\nManage scheduling, including processing leave requests and updating clients on coverage.\nMonitor staff performance, attendance, and escalate issues as needed.\nMaintain comprehensive records on schedules, time-off, and project assignments.\n\nClient Communications Collaborate closely with U.S.-based small business clients to clarify job requirements.\nProvide regular updates on candidates, hiring recommendations, and receive client feedback.\nEnsure seamless communication to maintain client satisfaction.\n\nAdministrative Duties Generate reports, perform data entry, and organize documents effectively.\nManage calendars, schedule meetings, and draft routine correspondence.\nCollaborate with team leads to optimize administrative processes and workflows.\n\nContinuous ImprovementProactively identify workflow gaps in recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling processes.\nSuggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.\nStay informed on best practices within HR and outsourcing domains.\n\nQualifications\nPrior experience in administration, recruitment, or HR coordination preferred.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.\nTech-savvy and proficient with email, spreadsheets, and common office software.\nFamiliarity with U.S.-based small businesses is a strong advantage.\nProactive, self-motivated attitude capable of handling tasks simultaneously.\nWhy Join CoreBridge Solutions?\nAt CoreBridge, you’ll be part of a company that values innovation and efficiency, with a track record of transforming industry standards in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
