related environments.\nAccountability to drive resolution to completion.\nFamiliarity with Cisco networking equipment and technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls.\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and sense of ownership.\nExperience working for an MSP.\nAdvanced degree or relevant certifications in Information Technology, or a related field are a plus.\nHave or working toward entry level certifications, e.g. CCNA, Azure Fundamentals, etc.\nExperience navigating ticketing systems, e.g. Service Now.\nExperience using monitoring tools, e.g. Logic
