The new CM will draft and manage the contracts and subcontracts for a wide range of institutional clients, including colleges, universities, K-12 districts, municipalities, healthcare systems and more.\nThe CM will completely manage the contracts process from issuance to receipt of fully executed agreements. This role is responsible for understanding contract provisions, negotiating the contract as needed, and managing company risk throughout the contracts process while effectively communicating with the project team.
