The Project Coordinator role will serve as a liaison between the field team and project management team while helping keep project documentation, files, and information accurate, current, and organized. The position will work closely with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and other project team members across construction-phase activities and project closeout.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nReview, process, and assist with submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.\nAssist with RFI documentation to the architect and manage distribution to trade partners.\nAssist with subcontractor change orders and gather Full & Final Change Orders.\nRecord and maintain fully executed subcontracts.\nCreate and maintain project directories, project files, and related documentation.\nPrepare and compile Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.\nGather warranty letters and submit closeout letters to subcontractors, including warranty information.\nCoordinate with field and project management teams to ensure project information remains current and organized.\nCANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:\nMust possess the highest level of integrity and a positive attitude.\nRelevant 3+ years’ work experience with a commercial construction, engineering, or architecture company is preferred.\nBasic ability to read drawings and specifications.\nBasic understanding of contracts.\nBasic knowledge of scheduling.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.\nProactive problem solver who can work independently and as part of a team.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).\nExperience or basic understanding of industry software and applications such as Procore, Bluebeam, and DocuSign is a plus.\nBasic understanding of CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods is preferred.\nMust work well in a team environment and be committed to client service.\nA valid Driver’s License.\nThis is an in-person position at our office in Boise, ID (NOT remote nor hybrid).\nPay will be commensurate with skills and experience.
