The Sr. Superintendent’s role is to ensure tasks required to facilitate the construction of the project on site are implemented while utilizing CORE’s best practices in safety, quality, schedule and cost while maintaining relationships with both our trade partners and our clients. Projects will include complex healthcare environments requiring strict adherence to ICRA, OSHA standards, and operational continuity.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout\nCoach subcontractors on safe construction practices, including healthcare-specific safety and ICRA compliance\nEnforce quality control standards and ensure timely correction of subcontractor deficiencies\nMaintain and manage the project schedule, including critical path coordination\nFacilitate subcontractor coordination to minimize disruptions in active and occupied facilities\nCollaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve challenges and unforeseen conditions\nReview and interpret drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and material submittals\nPrepare daily field reports and weekly schedule updates\nEnsure compliance with CORE best practices related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost control\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role\nHealthcare construction experience\nCertified Healthcare Construction (CHC) certification\nInfection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) certification\nExperience delivering large-scale healthcare projects ($10M+ construction value)\nPrior experience working with active hospital campuses and/or phased renovation projects\nProven experience coordinating subcontractors in complex, occupied facilities\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment\nOSHA 30 certification\nValid driver’s license\nWillingness to travel within Arizona as project needs require\nCORE provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
