The Superintendent will manage a singular large project and/or multiple project teams from start-up to punch-out, while exceeding company and client expectations.\nResponsibilities include:\nLead site logistics, project scheduling, and critical path management for subcontractors and vendors.\n\nDrive safe construction practices, subcontractor coordination, and Lean building practices.\n\nOversee quality control and resolution of deficiencies.\n\nCollaborate with the design team and owner to resolve construction challenges and unforeseen conditions.\n\nReview drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability.\n\nTrack project progress through daily reporting and weekly schedule updates.\n\nLead project closeout, including punch list completion and turnover.\n\nProvide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.\n\nThe superintendent’s role is to ensure whatever is required to facilitate the construction of the project on site from beginning to completion while utilizing CORE’s best practices in safety, quality, schedule and cost while maintaining relationships with both our trade partners and our clients. These projects are often for a wide range of institutional clients, including colleges, universities, K-12 districts, municipalities, healthcare systems and more.\nPay will be commensurate with skills and experience.
