When something goes wrong, we take responsibility and fix it.\n\nUrgency: We prioritize ruthlessly, increase leverage, and move at an exceptional pace.\n\nWhat you'll do\nYou’ll be our first dedicated site reliability engineer, owning reliability and core platform decisions as we scale to hundreds of millions of users.\n\nExample projects\nImprove uptime and reduce RTO across critical services.\n\nOrchestrate and harden GPU clusters serving millions of AI generations per day.\n\nImplement platform-wide observability (metrics, tracing, alerting) and enforce SLOs.\n\nOptimize AWS infrastructure and reduce cloud spend without sacrificing performance.\n\nWhat you'll bring\n5+ years operating production systems at scale.\n\nStrong AWS experience (infra-as-code, high-scale compute, K8s/ECS or similar).\n\nDeep observability and incident response experience.\n\nCI/CD and deployment pipeline expertise.\n\nFamiliarity with our tech stack: TypeScript, Next.js, React, TailwindCSS, tRPC, Postgres, Temporal, AWS.\n\nYou write code and fix root causes, not just symptoms.\n\nHunger to win.
