Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet client needs and business objectives\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nClient Relationship & Sales Leadership\nBuild andmaintainstrong client relationships through regular in-person visits and proactive communication, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.\n\nLead sales efforts in assigned territories, including strategic planning, prospecting, project discovery, and pipeline forecasting.\n\nCreate and deliver tailored technical proposals and quotations that address client-specific challenges andobjectives.\n\nSupportcollectionsefforts and ensureaccuratesales recordsinCRM platforms such as Salesforce.\n\nStrategic Business Development & Market Expansion\nDevelop and execute strategies to support business growth and operational excellence in alignment with organizational goals.\n\nLead business development initiatives to expand the company’s presence across targeted regions and emerging markets.\n\nConduct market assessments,monitorcompetitor activity, and share insights to inform sales strategy.\n\nIdentifynew market opportunities and develop business plans to capitalize on them.\n\nCollaboration & Integration\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, QHSE, Finance, Operations) to support RFQ/RFP submissions, contract reviews, and business developmentobjectives.\n\nSupport the integration of new business lines and innovative solutions into the existing portfolioto enhance value offerings.\n\nAlign regional strategies with globalobjectivesto ensure sustained business success.\n\nConsultative Support & Technical Guidance\nProvide consultative support during job planning, offering technical guidance and customized solutions.\n\nStay current with industry trends and innovations through professional development and participation in industry organizations and events.\n\nOperational Excellence & Marketing\nSupport marketing efforts by coordinating trade shows andrepresentingthe company at key industry conferences.\n\nManage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and sales targets.\n\nEnsure compliance with work environment standards, including proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.\n\nAdditional Duties\nPerformadditionalduties and specialprojects asassigned.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g., Geology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering) is strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience will also be considered\n\nMinimum of three years of experience in upstream oil and gas exploration and development, core and/or fluid analysis, or related analytical services.
