You will also provide guidance and consultation to managers and employees on various HR matters, such as talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion. Role is 100% onsite in NW Houston, TX.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nPartner with business leaders and managers to understand their strategic priorities, challenges, and opportunities, and provide effective HR solutions and recommendations.\n\nCoach and advise managers and employees on various HR topics, such as career development, feedback, performance improvement, and conflict resolution.\n\nManage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective investigations, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.\n\nCoordinate the recruitment and selection process for the business units and functions, ensuring the attraction and hiring of qualified and diverse candidates.\n\nSupport core people processes, such as succession planning, talent reviews, and performance appraisals as well as other HR initiatives and programs that support the business objectives and enhance the employee experience.\n\nPartner on the design and delivery of organizational development programs and interventions that address the current and future needs of the business and the employees.\n\nFoster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, diversity, and respect.\n\nAnalyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and provide relevant reports and insights to stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with other HR functions and teams to ensure alignment and consistency of HR services and practices across the organization.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a global and matrixed organization.\n\nCertification in HR or related field is a plus.\n\nWorkday experience is a big plus.\n\nBilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is desired.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES\nStrong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.\n\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.\n\nAbility to build trust and rapport with managers and employees at all levels.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\n\nAbility to handle multiple projects and priorities with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.\n\nCOMPETENCIES\nBusiness Acumen: interpret external trends, business context, strategy, and operations of the organization and analyse customer needs, and co-creates business strategy and HR solutions that create value and impact to achieve sustainable business results.\n\nExecution Excellence: deliver impact through practical problem-solving, finding practical solutions to navigate and overcome obstacles; engagement with stakeholders, achieving shared goals using effective interpersonal skills; and purposeful execution, implements actionable and adaptive plans to achieve results.\n\nPeople Advocacy: build human-centric organizational cultures that promote performance, productivity and wellbeing, navigating change, and holding the organization to ethical standards, ensuring ethical conduct and compliance, and mitigating people risks.\n\nData Literacy: analyse, interpret, and communicate people data to derive actionable insights, inform decision-making, and assess HR’s contribution to achieving strategic business objectives.\n\nDigital Agility: utilize technology to increase the impact of HR and prepare the organization to adopt digital practices.\n\nOperations: support business operations and managing people to ensure the company achieves its strategic goals.
