Additionally, the position involves maintaining thorough documentation, controlling laboratory equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nConduct physicochemical analyses of petroleum products, chemicals, and crude oil following industry standards and laboratory protocols.\nMaintain and update laboratory documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.\nMonitor and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment in adherence to safety regulations.\nSupport the implementation and validation of new research methods to enhance laboratory capabilities.\nAssist in Proficiency Testing programs to uphold high standards of laboratory performance.\nOperate within a shift-based work schedule to ensure continuous laboratory operations.\nPerform additional tasks assigned by the line manager to support laboratory efficiency.\nContinuously update knowledge and skills within the field.\nTo always respect and protect company and client confidentiality.\nPerform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to operational excellence.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.\nGood practical and theoretical knowledge of analytical techniques.\nPrior experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the petroleum or chemical industry.\nKnowledge of industry regulations, testing methodologies, and laboratory safety standards will be an added advantage.\nFluent in written and spoken Polish.\nKnowledge of English (minimum B1)\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAbility to share knowledge and expertise effectively with colleagues to build team capability.\nHigh level of availability and flexibility.\nCOMPETENCIES\nExecution Excellence: deliver impact through practical problem-solving, finding practical solutions to navigate and overcome obstacles; engagement with stakeholders, achieving shared goals using effective interpersonal skills; and purposeful execution, implements actionable and adaptive plans to achieve results.\nData Literacy: analyse, interpret, and communicate operational data to derive actionable insights, inform decision-making, and operational improvements to achieve strategic business objectives.\nDigital Agility: utilize technology to enhance operational efficiency and prepare the organization to adopt digital practices.\nLeading Self: has a self-awareness of how actions are perceived and how to respond to feedback.
