Strong attention to safety and effective communication skills are critical to support our commitment to operational excellence in the oil and gas sector.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nOperate and set up CNC machines and precision metal-cutting equipment, including lathes, milling machines, drills, and grinders, to produce components to exact specifications.\n\nFollow machine operation procedures based on engineering drawings, blueprints, and verbal instructions.\n\nMeasure dimensions accurately using micrometers, vernier calipers, hole gauges, and telescopic gauges.\n\nManufacture prototype products and testing equipment to support engineering operations.\n\nMaintain machine tools and perform routine maintenance, including checking fluid levels, inspecting equipment for wear, and removing debris.\n\nConduct quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with company quality control and ISO standards.\n\nMaintain accurate documentation and complete all required paperwork and timekeeping records in a timely manner.\n\nInterpret engineering drawings and apply print-reading knowledge effectively.\n\nFollow all safety policies and shop standards to ensure a safe working environment.\n\nMaintain communication logs to record machine issues and ensure smooth shift handovers.\n\nPerform other duties and tasks as assigned by production and/or engineering managers\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n\nThree plus years of related work experience required.\n\nCNC machining class work or certificate preferred.\n\nValid Driver’s License with good driving record required.\n\nJourneyman Machinist Ticket preferred.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES\nDemonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring precise and accurate work.\n\nWorks effectively with minimal supervision and maintains productivity independently.\n\nCapable of working flexible shift schedules as required.\n\nAdapts quickly to changing priorities and environments while remaining flexible.\n\nCore Laboratories, including all of its affiliated and related entities, is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone.
