Pursuing a hands-on leader focused on building a high-performance learning environment that strengthens leadership capabilities and organizational effectiveness.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nImplement and oversee programs that strengthen employee knowledge, skills and behaviors, improve leadership and the overall company culture\n\nLeverage artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve organizational performance, enhance workforce capability, streamline processes, and enable data-informed decision-making.\n\nPartner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs, establish development goals, and design targeted training programs that enhance employee performance, engagement, and overall job satisfaction.\n\nPartner with global BU leads to continuously improve leadership, management and organizational capabilities to support the execution against corporate objectives.\n\nPartner with the global HR team to ensure that new programs/learning products have a solid project plan. Assess and monitor outcomes of programs, providing follow-up to ensure desired goals are met.\n\nAccountable for creation and delivery of Leadership, Functional Competence, Technical Training Performance, Succession and Talent Development products.\n\nUtilize data analytics to evaluate learning and development needs, measure training program effectiveness, identify workforce capability trends, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic talent decisions and support business objectives.\n\nResponsible for the design, implementation and delivery of organisational development programs, including leadership development, manager training, technical and functional competence, performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, career development, executive coaching, and change management.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field required.\n\nTen (10) years of directly related professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. High School Diploma required.\n\nDemonstrable experience in leadership/organizational development in a corporate environment.\n\nGlobal, international, and corporate experience required.\n\nExperience with Talent Management, Performance Management, and Succession Planning.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES\nSkilled in adjusting programs and communications to fit cultural norms.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office products and HRIS required.\n\nExcellent written, oral and presentation skills required.\n\nDemonstrates innovation and creativity in the development of communications, presentations, and systems to support strategic initiatives.\n\nWorking knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines.\n\nExceptional interpersonal skills required (listening, coaching, facilitating, conflict management).\n\nPrevious experience in managing people and multiple projects at a system-wide level.\n\nCore Laboratories, including all of its affiliated and related entities, is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone.
