This role serves as a technical resource for machine operators, assists with training and mentoring team members, and works closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nSet up and operate CNC equipment according to production requirements.\n\nMonitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.\n\nPerform routine tool changes, offset adjustments, and machine checks.\n\nInspect parts using measuring equipment and document inspection results.\n\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and report machine or quality issues.\n\nMaintain production records and ensure accurate reporting.\n\nFollow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.\n\nAssist in training and mentoring less experienced CNC operators.\n\nMaintain a clean, well-organized work area\n\nVerify material supplied is adequate for job\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nManufacturing or machine shop environment.\n\nMinimum 5 years of CNC experience\n\nExperience performing machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES\nSkilled usage of measuring instruments.\n\nKnowledge of tools and ability to choose appropriate tools for job.\n\nAvailable to work shift work.\n\nSelf-motivated.\n\nWork well under minimal supervision.\n\nExcellent organizational skills.\n\nAbility to prioritize jobs.\n\nAble to lift heavy materials.\n\nCore Laboratories, including all of its affiliated and related entities, is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone.
