Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and transparency; upholds Core Laboratories standards, values, and culture.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nPartner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives, workforce challenges, and talent needs.\n\nProvide HR guidance and support on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.\n\nLead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, employee development, and identification of high-potential talent.\n\nServe as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, investigations, and grievance resolution.\n\nSupport organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and process improvements, by providing change management expertise and guidance.\n\nEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.\n\nCollaborate with HR to develop, review, communicate, and implement policies and practices that promote consistency and fairness across the organization.\n\nAnalyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.\n\nPerform other duties as required.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred. High School diploma required.\n\n7-10 minimum years of progressive human resources experience, including experience in an HR business partner or comparable role advising leaders and supporting employees across multiple HR disciplines.\n\nProfessional HR certification preferred, such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR; SHRM-CP or PHR.\n\nThis position is based out of the Owen Oil Tools office in Godley, TX.\n\nSome travel (up to 10%) may be required.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES\nStrong critical thinking, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply HR best practices to complex business and employee issues.\n\nDemonstrated expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.\n\nProven ability to lead change, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications; ability to leverage digital tools and technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\n\nStrong ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\n\nExceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.\n\nGrowth mindset with a demonstrated ability to innovate, adapt to change, and persevere through challenges.\n\nCore Laboratories, including all of its affiliated and related entities, is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone.
