The Recruiting Associate will source and engage top cleared talent across multiple channels, leveraging available automation and technology to deliver a seamless candidate experience. The role begins with a focus on sourcing and candidate engagement and grows into full life-cycle recruiting, with goals and deliverables set by the team lead.\nThis is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a recruiting career in the national security space. You’ll receive hands-on training in our recruiting processes, contracts, and clearance requirements, gain GovCon experience in a fast-growth environment supporting a wide range of government clients, and have room to grow into a Senior Recruiting Associate role.\n*This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance* \nResponsibilities:\nSource cleared candidates across multiple channels and build a network of talent for current and future positions through proactive outreach and ongoing relationship management\nEngage candidates by phone, email, text, and social media, delivering Core One’s brand and employment value proposition\nWork with business stakeholders and hiring authorities to collect and vet position requirements, generate candidate names, and engage referred candidates\nQualify candidates and schedule interviews\nGrow into full life-cycle recruiting, including extending, negotiating, and managing offer acceptances\nCollaborate with the team lead and hiring authorities to meet hiring goals, timelines, and business objectives\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and activity in the applicant tracking system, and use recruiting data to identify trends and areas for improvement\nMaintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of work experience in a customer service environment (e.g., hospitality or retail)\nU.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels of leadership\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring authorities\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once\nExperience with web-based software and Google and Microsoft Office applications\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment\nCurious, creative, flexible, and adaptable\nDesired Qualifications:\nPrevious recruiting experience, including internships, or work experience in government contracting\nActive Secret clearance\nFamiliarity with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse) or sourcing platforms such as ClearanceJobs or LinkedIn\nInterest in or exposure to the defense or intelligence community\nSecurity Clearance:\nMust be a US Citizen\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance\nSalary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 with eligibility for recruiting incentives\nThe pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer.
