Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee a team of recruiters and recruiting associates, setting priorities and assignments across open requisitions, proposals, and growth efforts so the team’s capacity goes where the business needs it most. While the role is primarily focused on team leadership and workload management, the Talent Acquisition Manager will also carry a select number of requisitions and remain hands-on in sourcing and recruiting cleared talent.\nThis is an opportunity to shape how a growing recruiting function operates in a fast-growth GovCon environment, supporting a wide range of government clients across the defense and intelligence communities.\n*This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance* \nResponsibilities:\nManage recruiter assignments and priorities across requisitions, programs, and proposals, adjusting focus as hiring demand, awards, and timelines shift\nTrack team workload and capacity, and identify when priorities need to be rebalanced or escalated to the Director\nLead regular pipeline reviews with recruiters to monitor progress, remove obstacles, and keep hiring goals on track\nCoach, train, and develop recruiters and recruiting associates, including onboarding new team members to our processes, contracts, and clearance requirements\nPartner with P&L leaders, Capture Leads, and hiring authorities to understand hiring needs, set expectations, and communicate status\nCarry a select requisition load, conducting full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance\nUse recruiting data and metrics to report on team performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements\nEnsure accurate, consistent use of the applicant tracking system and recruiting tools across the team\nSupport proposal staffing efforts, including resume review against LCATs and building pipelines ahead of awards\nMaintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in government contracting\nExperience recruiting for cleared contracts, including TS/SCI and Full Scope Poly candidates\nExperience managing both proposal and capture recruiting and traditional P&L recruiting, including balancing pipeline-building for pursuits with filling open requisitions on active contracts\nPrevious experience as a recruiting manager or team lead, with direct responsibility for recruiters’ priorities, development, and performance\nHands-on experience sourcing on cleared recruiting platforms such as ClearanceJobs, along with an applicant tracking system, including using recruiting data for reporting\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple programs and pursuits\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels of leadership\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment\nMust be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance\nDesired Qualifications:\nActive Top Secret clearance\nExperience with Greenhouse\nExperience with a recruiting CRM (e.g., Gem)\nExperience supporting intelligence community programs\nSecurity Clearance:\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance\nSalary Range: $130,000 - $150,000\n The pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer.
