Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance!\nThe Technical Program Manager provides senior-level technical oversight for complex government programs, leading the development, sustainment, maintenance, and delivery of all technical tools, systems, and requirements. The role owns platform sustainment, systems improvement, and technical risk management, and ensures engineering teams are aligned on important decisions, accountable to team, program, and company goals, and execute high-quality work efficiently. The Technical Program Manager leads and develops the technical team, works across departments and with senior leadership and customers, and manages technical resources to meet program priorities. The role sits within the Strategic Services Division's Engineering Development Group, reporting to the VP of Engineering.\n*This position requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly* \nResponsibilities:\nSupervise and manage the development, sustainment, maintenance, and delivery of all technical tools, systems, and requirements\nEnsure technical tools and systems are approved by the customer before deployment and use\nAssess the performance, security, and effectiveness of current systems and implement improvements\nPlan and implement customer-requested enhancements and new features\nCoordinate sustainment of all technical platforms\nLead the analysis, scoping, planning, and execution of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with program goals\nPartner with cross-functional teams to validate technical feasibility and alignment with requirements\nIdentify and evaluate new technologies that improve technical execution while maintaining security best practices\nCommunicate and enforce network security policies and procedures to ensure adherence across the team\nManage technical resources effectively, assigning personnel to requirements based on priority\nDevelop and monitor project timelines, ensuring timely completion and alignment with program and organizational objectives\nIdentify, assess, track, and mitigate technical risks across all programs\nEstablish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and customer technical leadership to align objectives and resources\nOversee budget allocation for technical resources and manage cost-efficiency across projects\nEnsure that all engineering practices comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements\nSupervise and manage a diverse technical team with a range of skill and experience levels\nOwn the full employee lifecycle for the team, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance management, and professional development\nConduct regular performance assessments for technical team members, providing feedback and support for development\nQualifications:\nMaster’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 8-11 years of relevant experience; commensurate military or commercial experience may be considered in lieu of a degree\nExperience supporting and managing large, complex technical programs for sensitive U.S. Government customers\nExperience supervising technical staff across the full employee lifecycle, from hiring through professional development\nProven ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver technically feasible solutions that meet requirements\nProven experience in technical project planning, execution, sustainment, and resource management\nKnowledge of network security policies, security best practices, and technical requirement implementation\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\nMust be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance\nDesired Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field\n10 or more years of experience supporting and managing large, complex technical programs for sensitive U.S. Government customers\nExperience with managed attribution (MA) systems\nBackground in technical operations within the intelligence community\nProject management or Agile certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe\nFamiliarity with federal contracting and procurement processes\nExperience in overseeing technical solutions for government or national security clients\nExperience operating under formal customer approval and change control processes\nSecurity Clearance: TS/SCI w/FSP\nSalary Range: $190,000 - $230,000\nThe pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer.
